Vintage W.E. Edwards 7' 2/2 Quadrate Fly Rod

Rarely seen 7' 2pc W.E. Edwards "Quadrate" fly rod. Light, crisp action should cast a 3 or 4wt very nicely.
Rod is full length and original. Brown silk wraps and Gold tipping. Rod has some bag marks which could be polished out.
Original owner's name is written opposite the "Edwards Quadrate" signature, in the same ink and handwriting.
Rod comes with original leather tube, which is engraved with the original owner's name and "1944", and also the original bag which has many holes and should be replaced. The leather strap for the case cap is broken off at about the mid point in adjustment, and the broken piece is included. The strap can still be fastened as it is.
