Vintage 8' 3/2 Thomas Browntone Dry Fly rod. Light cap & ring seat with wood spacer. Agate stripper.
This light, 3 3/4 ounce, pre-'37 rod has 15 & 10 ferrules, and a "33" stamp on the blued buttcap.
Rod has been re-varnished at some point, but an excellent job was done. Rod is nice and glossy.
1 tip is 1 3/4" short.
Rod has original strut-type tip top on full length tip, and a replacement top on the shorter tip.
Comes with original bag, with hang tag, and original brass capped tube.
Beautiful light line rod, is ready to fish.
